Andrea has practiced various styles of Hatha yoga, including Anusara, Iyengar, and vinyasa, for more than seven years. She is a registered yoga teacher, the mother of two young children, and an expatriate of corporate America who knows well the need to balance ones work and home life. With teaching experience that ranges from figure skating classes to corporate training, she has developed a playful, adaptable style of instruction. She prides herself on creating a safe and inclusive atmosphere in which students can challenge themselves and heed their bodies guidance.
Andrea is an experienced boxer and rookie climber who feels the benefits of regular yoga practice in these pursuits as well as in her life off the mat and outside the gym. Her classes focus on fundamentals, proper alignment, and the integration of breath and movement.
